About

I have spent over a decade designing and building several complex grounds up and adaptive reuse residential projects in New York City. In carrying these projects from concept to construction, I have managed multi-disciplinary teams including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and façade engineers, as well as consultants specializing in zoning, code, technology, and landmark preservation. From a client perspective, I have worked directly with leaders of development and construction industry in New York City, and supported their efforts in design and obtaining permits from various governmental agencies and city institutions. I have run my own small business, providing design services to innovative startups creating and managing fabrication of short term, low cost, and high impact environments such spaces for trade fairs.

I bring extensive experience in managing internal and external cross functional teams of design and construction professionals to lead the design and execution of key accounts for enterprise organizations and internal projects. I ensure that project vision is executed to the highest standards, meeting our client’s creative and business goals, while being metric and data driven, budget and schedule conscious. I lead our team’s partnership with our client and their representatives, consultants, vendors, and general contractors to communicate and coordinate comprehensively the execution of project objectives end to end.

My team and I provide innovative design solutions, space planning and workplace strategy while adhering to the client’s various guidelines and standards to create inspiring spaces that were not hindered by regulations and performed multiple functions.
